Association of Consulting Professionals - PSG worked with an association of consulting professionals to design, execute, analyze and present a survey of their clients and the end-users of this association's services. Surveys were designed to assess respondents' experiences, needs, and levels of satisfaction with our clients' services. We also conducted analyses to determine drivers of both client and end-user satisfaction.
Community Action Non-Profit - PSG worked with a non-profit to design, execute, analyze and present a survey of visibility and satisfaction among key stakeholders (donors, board members, and recipients of services). Advanced analyses included stakeholder segmentation, and determination of the drivers of satisfaction and visibility.
Health Care Product Testing - PSG worked with a start-up business in the health care industry to design a survey testing their new product among potential users and to analyze the results of product testing.
Accounting Services - PSG assisted an accounting firm, specializing in financial issues related to divorce, in evaluating customer experiences and satisfaction with their services. PSG designed, executed, and analyzed the survey and wrote a summary document appropriate for potential customers.
High Risk Insurance Pool - PSG assisted a statewide high risk insurance pool provider to design a survey to assess customer satisfaction and learn about the priorities and health and economic history of their customers.
Montessori School Long Range Planning - PSG assisted a T-8 Montessori school in surveying their community during the start-up phase of their long range planning process. PSG assisted in the design of the survey, and executed, analyzed and presented the survey results to the Head of School.
